David, I am sorry that you misunderstood me. When we spoke on the phone there was never any communication on how you would be purchasing. We simply set a date and time to tour the property. When I texted you to confirm the date and time, I simply asked if you had a pre approval, which is a standard question we ask all clients to know how we can assist you in your home buying experience.
